Welcome and thank you for visiting our site. Heads Up is a locally based Pittsburgh area band featuring some of the best players in Pittsburgh. The band provides crowd-pleasing performances at every show, and plays a wide variety of rock music that is "fan-freindly" from the 70's, 80's, 90's and current hits. When people ask us, "What kind of music do you play?" We like to say "New and Used Rock" ... featuring song selections of tunes that are well known and fun for all to enjoy. Well, hello 2012! friends and fans! ...
We are getting ready! 2012 is going to be a great exciting new year for us, and you! ... we have inserted many new song pics, and expanded our set lists to include a cool selection of new and used rock (we have gone crazy!) with new songs and great classics! ... get ready! for the best selection of new and used (classic) rock you can here from a live local band! EVER! ... nothing hidden, just great music that you know! and can sing too! have fun with! ... As we schedule our 6th year! (Holy heck) we are brininging it! look for style, show stoppers and stupid silly fun! ... (not to bad for a bunch of Irish lads) (and then there's George, LOL!) ... even our sound guy (Dave) is excited! (and he never gets fired up over anything, he is like Mikey)
We are going to come out of the gates running this year ... we took a little longer winter break then the previous years, and we are used the extra time to plan, prepare, and stage a great new show for everyone.
WE! will miss "The Warehouse Cafe" ... after all these years, are home turf is closing down ... Good luck and best wishes to all the great people who worked at the Warehouse! you have always done a wonderful job, and we will miss you! ... Keep checking the Show Schedule tab above for updates. As of now, we have our 2012 opening show at "The Loose Moose" 3-3-12, and join us in celebrating our Irish heritage at Rodneys on Saint Patricks Day, Saturday March 17th! ... Need we say anymore, about the fun and craziness that is going to be happening! ... Kilts are Welcomed! ... and, we will be posting our Saint Patricks Day Set-List's prior for everyone to check out! Get ready Lads and Laddies!
